Narcotics recovered in Anantnag, accused held, claims Police
Srinagar, Mar 18 (VOS):  Carrying on its drive against the drug addiction and narcotics Police Anantnag led by Probationer IPS officer- Shridhar Patil and SHO Anantnag raided the house of one Manzoor Ahmad Mir of Brinti Dailgam and recovered 45 kgs of Fukki, a police statement claimed.
It said in a similar drive, SHO Police Station Anantnag raided the houses of Manzoor Ahmad Mir and Bashir Ahmad Bhat and recovered 30 kgs of Bung Powder.
“One accused Manzoor Ahmad Mir stands arrested. However, Bashir Ahmad Bhat fled away from the spot whose search is going on,” the statement added.
