Army inaugurates computer institute in Trehgam

Srinagar, Mar 17 (VOS): GOC, Vajr Davison inaugurated Computer Training Centre at Trahagam in frontier district of Kuwara, which was established under ‘Operation Sadhbhavna.’

According to a defence communiqué a first of this kind, the Centre will work in collaboration with Kashsoft Computers (APTECH LTD), a renowned institute affiliated to Ministry of Communication and IT, Government of India.

The centre will conduct courses recognized by APTECH and DOEACC. “The computer Centre will also provide free computer education to SC, ST, Pahari and OBC students. Local students and youth of the nearby areas appreciated the Army for providing such facility which will surely ensure career enhancement of the youth of the remote areas,” the statement added
