J&K Bank dismisses official, lodges FIR

Srinagar, Mar 15 (KNS): In response to a report that appeared in a section of press today, J&K Bank clarifies that the Bank has dismissed the official namely Kuldeep Raina who was involved in the fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 5,85,500/- .The bank has also lodged FIR against the said official with P/S Kishtwar and has already recovered the embezzled amount from the him.
The report in a section of the press claiming that police has detected a fraud of `Rs.40 lacs and recovered Rs.10 Lacs is far from the truth.
