Governor greets people on Guru Hargobind’s Day
            SRINAGAR, JULY 4 - Mr. N. N. Vohra, Governor, has greeted the people on the birth anniversary of Guru Hargobindji. He hoped that the celebration of this auspicious day would strengthen the bonds of amity, harmony and brotherhood and be a harbinger of sustained peace, progress and prosperity in the State.
            In his message of felicitations, the Governor said that Guru Hargobindji’s noble example of selfless service, based on high values of righteousness, truth and love, is more relevant today than at any time in the past.
            The Governor prayed for the well-being of the people of the State.

CM felicitates people on Guru Hargobind’s Day
             SRINAGAR, JULY 05 – Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has felicitated people especially Sikh community on Guru Hargobind’s Day wishing them well being and prosperity.
            In his greeting message issued here today, the Chief Minister said that the State has rich tradition of celebrating holy occasions and festivals in amity and brotherhood and this trait needs to be further strengthened. He prayed for peace and development in the State and the Country.

Paul Beersman meets Governor
             SRINAGAR JULY 4 – Mr. Paul Beersman, President, Belgian Association for Solidarity with Jammu and Kashmir, met Mr. N. N. Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan here today.
          Mr. Beersman informed the Governor that after his arrival in the Valley, about a week ago, he had had meetings and discussions with persons and parties of varied convictions in different parts of the Valley. He said that after completing his work in Kashmir, he would be visiting Kargil and Leh districts for similar discussions and meetings.
